HSBC HOLDINGS Applies for Listing of 15M Ordinary Shrs on LSE

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for a bulk listing of 15 million ordinary shares of US$0.50 each for issue under the HSBC Share Plan 2011 to be admitted to the Official List and to trading upon issue, according to HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK)'s announcement. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
