The information from Tianyancha shows that the Guangzhou GAC BYD New Energy Passenger Vehicle recently underwent industrial and commercial changes, with GAC GROUP (02238.HK) withdrawing from the list of shareholders, as well as changes in some of its key personnel, according to Chinese media. The Guangzhou GAC BYD New Energy Passenger Vehicle was established in August 2014, with Chen Daohong being its legal representative, and a registered capital of RMB300 million. Its scope of business includes the manufacturing of auto parts and accessories, auto parts design service, auto sales, wholesales of auto parts, power transmission facilities' installation engineering services, engineering and technology research & experimental development and energy technology research, etc..
