Xiaomi Smart Appliances (Wuhan) (literal translation of “小米智能電器(武漢)”) successfully won the bid for the DK (2024-06)02 land parcel, located north of Keji 1st Road, east of Wangzhuang Road, and south of Liaojiawan Street in Wuhan, for RMB65.06 million, marking the further expansion of the Xiaomi Smart Home Appliances Innovation and Production Base project in Wuhan, Guandian reported. Xiaomi Smart Appliances (Wuhan), established in August 2024, has a registered capital of RMB450 million. Its registered address is located in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone in Wuhan, Hubei Province. On November 26, Xiaomi announced that the groundbreaking ceremony for its first smart home appliance factory in Wuhan was officially held. The factory is expected to be topped out in May 2025, and the completion and acceptance inspection will be completed in November of the same year.
