TikTok issued a statement saying that it is resuming services for US users, reported the Chinese news outlet, STAR Market Daily.

According to people within the circle of ByteDance, the company has not reached any agreement with the US, only that the US decided to hold off the enforcement of the bill, so TikTok has resumed operations.
