NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) opened 1.8% higher this morning (20th) before changing little in the morning market, and weakened after midday. The stock's decline significantly widened after 3 pm. It once waned 5% to a low of $4.18, approaching its all-time low of $4.13, and last sagged 3.41% to $4.25 near the close of market, with a turnover of $108 million.
