The round of investment was led by TENCENT (00700.HK) and followed by a number of other industry players and longtime shareholders, including Longcheer Technology, etc.. AgiBot's associated company, Shanghai Zhiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., recently occurred industrial and commercial changes, with its original shareholders like Lingang New Area Daohe Frontier Carbon Zhonghe (Shanghai) Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) quitting, and adding WOLONG ELECTRIC(600580.SH) and others as shareholders, according to Tianyancha App. Registered capital increased from about RMB76.37 million to about RMB80.46 million.
