Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US) revealed that its next-generation Zen 6 EPYC processor, codenamed "Venice",completed tape-out, marking it as the first high-performance computing (HPC) processor to utilize TSMC (TSM.US)'s 2nm process technology. The product is on track for launch in 2026. AMD also confirmed that its 5th Gen EPYC processors were validated and entered production at TSMC’s Fab 21 in Arizona, USA, further strengthening the company’s supply chain resilience.
