In 5M25, 24,018 new foreign-invested enterprises were set up across China, up 10.4% YoY, while the foreign direct investment (FDI) was RMB358.19 billion, down 13.2% YoY, a wider decline from the 10.9% drop in 4M25, indicating that foreign capital continued to flow out, according to data released by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM).
