DiDi Global (DIDIY.US)'s Brazilian subsidiary 99 filed a lawsuit Monday (18th) against MEITUAN-W (03690.HK)'s Keeta, alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition, Reuters reported. According to court documents, 99 claims Keeta uses colors, graphics, and fonts similar to those in its delivery app 99Food to promote Keeta's business operations in the Brazilian market. Keeta responded to Reuters saying that its parent company Meituan has already used the related logos and color schemes for over 14 years, and Keeta itself has also used them for three years.
