HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) announced that the US$3 billion share buyback program disclosed on July 31, 2025 was completed. Since the commencement of the buyback, the Company has repurchased for cancellation of about 136 million ordinary shares on the UK Venues at a volume weighted average price of GBP9.8038 per ordinary share, and 91.0404 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a volume weighted average price of HK$102.5661 per ordinary share.
