The competition between European carmaker Stellantis (STLA.US) and BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) is heating up. Florian Huettl, Stellantis' head of Germany and president of Opel, said on Wednesday that their Chinese partner LEAPMOTOR (09863.HK) surpassed BYD COMPANY in electric vehicle (EV) sales in Germany last month, and LEAPMOTOR's sales performance is accelerating.
