HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK)'s Swiss private bank is striving to stop talent loss with pay hikes for some employees, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.

According to the sources, the bank's Swiss branch has recently raised the salaries of several employees, including client relationship managers. Meanwhile, Samir Assaf, chairman of its Middle East business, has been dispatched to assist the Swiss private bank. He is currently working in Geneva.
