HESAI-W (02525.HK) has unveiled a high-performance intelligent master chip named "FMC500". Built on the RISC-V architecture, this chip is dedicated to LiDAR. The company also released the world's only "photon isolation" safety technology and the refreshed 256-line safety LiDAR ATX. The "photon isolation technology" is now fully integrated across the company's main LiDAR product lines, including the ATX and ETX. According to HESAI-W, the "FMC500" chip integrates the MCU, FPGA, and ADC on the autonomous and controllable RISC-V architecture, making it the world's first LiDAR master chip to achieve dual certification for functional safety and cybersecurity and meet the reliability and information security demands of automotive applications at the hardware level.
