PBOC: CN Total Bond Issuance in Bond Mkt RMB6.36T in Oct

The total bond issuance in China's bond market amounted to RMB6.36 trillion in October, according to the announcement made by the People's Bank of China (PBOC). National bond issuance was RMB1.17 trillion, while local government bond issuance was RMB560.47 billion, with financial bonds at RMB801.08 billion, corporate debenture bonds at RMB1.18 trillion, credit asset-backed securities at RMB34.34 billion, and interbank certificates of deposit at RMB2.56 trillion. In October, the spot trading in the China interbank bond market reached RMB26.6 trillion, with an average daily transaction of RMB1.5 trillion, up 10.2% YoY and 3.9% MoM.
