LEGENDHOLDING (03396.HK), through Honorific, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, conducted a series of acquisitions on the open market during the period from 21 November to 9 December 2025 and acquired over 115 million LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK) shares, representing approx. 0.9285% of LENOVO GROUP's issued share capital, involving nearly $1.125 billion, with an average price of approx. $9.7653 per share, as announced by LEGENDHOLDING. Upon completion of the stake increase, LEGENDHOLDING will hold, directly and indirectly through its subsidiaries, over 4.011 billion LENOVO GROUP shares, representing approx. 32.34% of its issued share capital.
