LAI SUN DEV (00488.HK) opened 4.76% higher this morning (10th) at HKD0.66. LAI SUN INT'L (00191.HK) and LAI SUN DEV jointly announced last night (9th) that LAI SUN DEV had sold its 50% stake in CCB Tower in Central to an independent third party, Jasmine Investment Development IV. The transaction was valued at HKD3.498 billion based on the agreed property value, with the estimated consideration amounting to around HKD3.473 billion.
