Chinese developer AGILE GROUP (03383.HK) opened declining 3.2% to HKD0.3. It received a winding-up petition involving USD18.59 million unpaid. In contrast, its peers YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK), CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK), and CHINA RES LAND (01109.HK) gained 0.9-1%. LONGFOR GROUP (00960.HK) also rallied 2%.
