Peter Lam Sells USD6.5M LAI SUN DEV Bonds: Wire

Peter Lam, Chairman of LAI SUN DEV (00488.HK), sold a total of USD6.5 million (around HKD50.6 million) of the company's USD bonds last week, a move that nearly halved his holdings of the bonds, Bloomberg reported, citing a recent disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to Bloomberg's estimation based on public information, Lam sold these bonds at around 75% of their face value. He currently still holds USD7 million of LAI SUN DEV's USD bonds.
