A user on Zhihu posted that high-concentration caffeine drinks provided by firms like CHAGEE are essentially skirting the rules, sparking heated discussions among netizens. Chagee Holdings (CHA.US) officially responded last Friday (26th) afternoon saying that the Company noticed recent rumors and false information circulating online recently targeting the Company. The Company's legal department has fully intervened and initiated legal proceedings against such malicious fabrications and actions that damage its reputation, firmly defending its rights according to the law. The official response from Chagee Holdings added that each tea drink is made from original teaf leaf embryo and natural floral and fruit ingredients. Natural tea inherently contains tea polyphenols and caffeine. The caffeine content of each drink can be checked through the Mini Program called Calorie Calculator before purchase.
