The 19th Asian Financial Forum (AFF) will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from January 26 to 27. This year's forum slogan is “Finance Empowers Businesses”, with the theme “Co-creating New Horizons amid an Evolving Landscape”. The event is expected to attract more than a hundred global political and business leaders and financial experts as guest speakers to analyze geopolitical changes and macroeconomic trends, exploring financial market developments and potential investment opportunities from multiple perspectives. Chairperson for the AFF Steering Committee, Maggie Ng, also the CEO of HSBC Hong Kong, stated that partner institutions including HSBC have been deepening Hong Kong's international connections, leveraging Hong Kong's advantage as a “Super Connector”, in face of the new international trade and economic landscape, as well as the reshaping of industrial and supply chains.
