XTX Technology, a company that is engaged in chip R&D, design and sales, submitted an application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with GF Securities and CITIC Securities being its joint sponsors. XTX Technology focuses on the R&D, design and sales of NOR flash chips, providing NOR flash chips with a wide capacities from 1Mbit to 8Gbit using a Fabless model, according to preliminary prospectus data. XTX Technology added that it plans to use the funds raised from the Hong Kong listing to drive R&D innovation and product iteration, establish a diversified product portfolio, and enhance operational capabilities, as well as for potential strategic investments and acquisitions.
