NUMANS (02530.HK) announced that on 5 January, the Group acquired a total of 4 million LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK)(80992.HK) Shares through the open market at an aggregate consideration of approximately RMB34.098 million. The average purchase price of the acquired Shares was approximately RMB8.524 per share. The Directors believed that Lenovo Group, which has a track record of providing regular dividend distributions, can generate stable and recurring income streams through dividends. In addition, the Board holds positive views towards the financial performance and future prospect of the Lenovo Group. The Acquisition is expected to offer potential capital appreciation from any future increase in the share price of Lenovo Group, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the Group’s overall investment returns.
