SANDS CHINA LTD to Raise Salaries in Mar, Issue Performance Bonuses in Feb

SANDS CHINA LTD (01928.HK) announced that it will increase salaries for eligible employees starting in March, benefiting 99% of its staff. Of which, full-time employees with a pre-tax monthly salary not exceeding MOP16,000 will receive a pay hike of MOP500, representing an increase of 3.1-4%, while those with a monthly salary exceeding MOP16,000 will receive a 2% raise. Moreover, SANDS CHINA LTD will issue performance bonuses to eligible full-time employees on 6 February. Non-management staff who have been employed for one year or more will receive a performance bonus equivalent to one month's salary. Management performance bonuses will be calculated based on company results and employee performance appraisal, with pro rata bonuses issued for those with less than one year of service.
