In January, precious metals ETFs in the Asia-Pacific region recorded a net inflow of US$7.1 billion, with some funds reaching historical highs in inflow size, according to Bloomberg data.

The largest inflow was recorded by Chinese-listed funds targeting retail investors, with HUAAN GOLD YI (ETF) (518880.SH) attracting US$1.9 billion.
