HK Express, a subsidiary of CATHAY PAC AIR (00293.HK), is poised to raise its fuel surcharge next Wednesday (18th). Routes to Taiwan Region, Thailand, and Vietnam will see an increase to around HKD290, more than doubling the previous rate.
