Samsung Electronics is collaborating with Nvidia (NVDA.US) to accelerate the development of next-generation NAND flash memory chips.

Samsung and Nvidia are co-developing an AI system that can rapidly expedite the R&D process of ultra-low power NAND flash memory chips based on ferroelectric materials. The performance of these chips will determine the final performance of AI chips.
