BIDU-SW (09888.HK) announced that it will adjust the pricing of products and services offered by its Baidu AI Cloud. Effective at 12:00 a.m. on April 18, 2026, prices for AI computing power-related products and services will go up by approximately 5-30%, while prices for services such as parallel archive storage will soar by approximately 30%. Baidu stated that the price adjustments for certain products are due to a continuous rise in computing power demand amid the rapid global development of AI applications, and hence costs for core hardware and related infrastructure have leapfrogged. For relevant products and services purchased prior to the effective date, pricing will remain unchanged for the current billing cycle, and the new prices will take effect during subsequent renewal cycles.
