COSCO SHIP PORT (01199.HK) has announced its annual results for the period ended December 2025. The company's turnover rose by 11% YoY to USD1.669 billion, while the net profit grew by 1.1% YoY to USD312 million, with EPS at US8.14 cents. A second interim dividend (in lieu of a final dividend) of HK10.2 cents was declared, compared to the second interim dividend of HK14.2 distributed in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
