In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and based on the nomination by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, John Lee, the State Council decided today (30th) to appoint Janice Tse as the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
