PETROCHINA (00857.HK) has announced that it and affiliated companies plan to provide its subsidiaries a total guarantee amount of around RMB172.5 billion, which includes performance guarantees of RMB58.3 billion and financing guarantees of RMB114.2 billion. As of December 31, 2025, the balance of guarantees by PETROCHINA and affiliated companies was RMB143.786 billion, which included performance guarantees of RMB141.739 billion, financing guarantees of RMB1.874 billion, and credit guarantees of RMB173 million.
