US Gas Station Avg. Price Reportedly Tops USD4/ Gallon, Reaching 3Yrs+ High

As the conflict between the US/ Israel against Iran continues to escalate, the national average retail gasoline price in the US surpassed the USD4 per gallon mark yesterday (30th), marking the first time in over three years, Reuters reported, citing data from the US gas price tracking service GasBuddy.

The average price for regular gasoline at US gas stations rose to USD3.99 per gallon yesterday, up by USD1 cent per day and over USD1 per month, according to the American Automobile Association (AAA). In California, the average price for regular gasoline at gas stations hiked to USD5.88 per gallon, up by over USD1.2 per month.
