Mainland Chinese semiconductor company Alkaidsemi submitted an IPO application to HKEX (00388.HK), aiming to list on the main board in Hong Kong. The company is the only semiconductor firm in Mainland China that develops power devices and audio chips using a virtual IDM model. It ranks sixth among Chinese suppliers in the mainland non-IDM power device market, with its revenue primarily derived from two major business segments: power devices and audio chips. In 2025, the company's power device revenue was RMB453 million, accounting for 83.6% of total revenue, with silicon carbide power device revenue reaching RMB118 million, representing an increase to 21.7%.
